  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and cash office support as needed.
  • Frequently lift or move products up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.
  • Work flexible scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times, and take required meal and rest breaks.
  • Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Work in and be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive Up and carryout.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome, thank, and assist guests while delivering a smooth, easy, and inspiring guest experience.
  • Help guests find products and resolve issues, including returns and exchanges, while following company policies and procedures.
  • Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Inform guests about current promotions, store activities, events, and Target App features including Wallet.
  • Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist guests with applications, sign-up, and sign-in as needed.
  • Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
  • Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
  • Direct guests to enroll in, activate, and use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area by gathering unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers for removal.
  • Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
  • Follow ethical conduct, safety, compliance, and training requirements; report hazards and correct them when possible.
  • Support Order Pick-Up, Drive Up Orders, and Drive Up Returns while complying with applicable federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
