- A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across multiple channels.

- Ability to simplify complex science into engaging, meaningful stories.
- Knowledge of healthcare professional and patient audiences, including FDA requirements for pharmaceutical advertising.

- Experience managing creative work to a brief, timeline, and budget.
- Experience partnering closely with strategy and account teams.
- Lead creative across multiple brands and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with creative leadership to develop big ideas and elevate the quality of the work.
- Write and oversee copy across digital, social, video, print, customer relationship management, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Mentor and develop copywriters and creative teams.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and present creative work.
- Partner with strategy, account, and project management to ensure work is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Support new business pitches and agency initiatives to help grow the business.
- Champion creative excellence while fostering a collaborative, positive team culture.
- Knowledge of rare disease marketing.
