Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience in Sales or Success Operations and a background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a strong plus.
  • Analytical and data-driven, mastery of analytical tools or ability to learn fast (e.g., Looker, SQL, Salesforce reports).
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
  • Solid prioritization skills and ability to defend choices towards seasoned executives.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our GTM leadership globally.
  • Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership.
  • Define and own incentive framework, target attainment and capacity planning models.
  • Frame & automatize weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, and Data & Systems teams.
  • Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, methodologies within the GTM leadership & across the GTM organization, collaborating with the Enablement function.
  • Design, launch and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, notably via implementing standard SaaS processes (e.g. Sales-Success handover, renewal & risk process).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR/BDR, Partnership, Account Executives, Customer Success and Systems team to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chilipiper, Totango).
