About the job
- Strong proficiency in core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and the Spring Framework.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and application security.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build, deploy, and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Integrate microservices with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, quality assurance teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
