Overview: SharkNinja, a leader in the consumer goods industry, is looking for an IoT Program Manager. This role involves leading IoT projects, with cross organizational touch points, that integrate innovative technology with our diverse product range, contributing significantly to our digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of IoT projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align IoT initiatives with company strategies.
Manage project scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, providing clear updates.
Coordinate with international teams on resource management for global projects.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Develop strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to the strategic planning of future IoT projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, Master’s or specialized certifications preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, focusing on IoT.
Experience with AWS services and knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
