Requirements
  • Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields
  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
  • Cover Letter and resume submission (PDF) required
  • Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience leading multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities
  • Partner to develop elements of Converse’s global long-term growth strategy
  • Manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems
  • Catalyze action against these priorities through long-range business planning and performance management
  • Cross-consumer assessment of Sport dimensions and determine the potential brand & commercial impact of cultural & sport moments
  • Develop a recommendation for expanding our digital footprint in an international emerging market
  • Identify growth opportunities and define a consumer narrative for key consumer segments
