Netskope provides cloud security solutions for large enterprises, helping them secure data and protect against threats in cloud environments. It offers a cloud security platform with real-time data and threat protection, secure access service edge (SASE) capabilities, and advanced threat detection and response; all delivered through a subscription model. How it works: the platform continuously monitors cloud services and data traffic, enforcing security policies directly where data lives, and providing real-time protection and threat response across the cloud, network, and apps. How it differs from competitors: it emphasizes a data-centric approach—protecting the data itself in cloud environments—along with cloud-native, real-time protection and a comprehensive SASE bundle, aimed at large organizations undergoing digital transformation. Its goal is to redefine cloud, network, and data security for enterprises by enabling secure and seamless digital transformations.

Netskope lifts full-year guidance as AI security demand drives 11-point margin expansion

Netskope reported improved operating margins in Q2 2027, rising 11 percentage points year-over-year, driven by R&D efficiencies and platform scale. The company raised full-year revenue guidance based on strong demand for AI security solutions. Management attributes growth to the Netskope One platform's ability to provide real-time policy enforcement across AI connections. The firm targets a $336 billion addressable market, including a $170 billion greenfield opportunity in AI security. The company implemented a 5% workforce reduction to reallocate resources towards AI infrastructure and R&D. Capital expenditure is projected at 4% to 5% of revenue to support growing AI traffic volumes. Netskope expects net new annual recurring revenue to accelerate in the second half as its sales force reaches full productivity. The transition to annual billings is proceeding faster than expected.

Why is JFrog (FROG) stock rocketing higher today.

Why is JFrog (FROG) stock rocketing higher today. Radek strnad /. August 27, 2026 What happened? Shares of software supply chain platform JFrog (NASDAQ:FROG) jumped 10.1% in the afternoon session after the company announced integrations with Zscaler, Cloudflare, and Netskope to block malicious software packages at the network level and launched its JFrog Traffic Controller. Per a company press release, the newly launched JFrog Traffic Controller works with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) providers to transparently reroute software package download requests through JFrog Artifactory. Under this setup, JFrog Curation inspects each package against security, license, and quality policies, delivering compliant packages while blocking malicious downloads. The solution initially supports Zscaler Internet Access, Cloudflare Gateway, and Netskope One SSE, with support for additional SASE partners planned. JFrog highlighted that its 2026 Software Supply Chain Security State of the Union report documented a 451% year-over-year surge in malicious packages, exceeding 171,000 unique instances. The integrations aim to provide a single control point for enterprise security without disrupting developer workflows. What is the market telling us. JFrog's shares are extremely volatile and have had 34 moves greater than 5% over the last year. But moves this big are rare even for JFrog and indicate this news significantly impacted the market's perception of the business. The previous big move we wrote about was 1 day ago when the stock gained 3.7% on the news that RBC Capital Markets initiated coverage on the stock with an Outperform rating and a price target of $118. The investment firm highlighted JFrog's strategic positioning as a critical infrastructure provider for software development in the artificial intelligence era. RBC emphasized the company's expanding cloud business, which generated 53% revenue growth in the second quarter of 2026, while pointing to its capabilities in managing software packages and AI models per TipRanks. In addition, the firm cited JFrog's strong presence in software supply chain security and the expanding adoption of its DevGovOps platform as major catalysts for future earnings growth. JFrog is up 72.9% since the beginning of the year, and at $103.00 per share, it has set a new 52-week high. Investors who bought $1,000 worth of JFrog's shares 5 years ago would now be looking at an investment worth $2,643. ALSO WORTH WATCHING: Nvidia's Quiet Partner. Nvidia's chips cost a hundred grand. The connectors that make them work cost even more. One company makes them all. Every AI server needs specialized infrastructure the chip companies don't make. High-speed cables. Power connectors. Thermal sensors. This 90-year-old company built a monopoly on it. The AI boom just started. This stock is still flying under the radar. Claim The Stock Ticker Here for FREE.

Netskope one datasec command center released to unify data security.

Netskope one datasec command center released to unify data security. August 5, 2026 - Netskope, a global cloud security vendor that sells exclusively through channel partners, is introducing a centralized data security control plane spanning AI services, cloud platforms, endpoints, email, networks, and on-premises environments. The company says fragmented tooling has become harder to manage as enterprise AI adoption accelerates and sensitive information moves across far more systems. The announcement reflects a broader shift underway in enterprise security. Organizations spent years deploying specialized products for cloud access, data loss prevention, SaaS governance, endpoint protection, and data security posture management.
