  • Attract, retain, engage, and develop a professional workforce
  • Develop and manage a succession plan for future leaders
  • Engage customers and facilitate growth within defined Areas of Responsibility
  • Actively sell all products and services distributed by Transwest
  • Develop and manage annual business plan and budget
  • Maintain accurate inventory control process
  • Attend industry training opportunities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the director
