  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in an outside healthcare sales role.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management software on a daily basis to track activities and monitor results.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce the company to potential referral sources including physicians, clinical staff, complementary service providers, and community organizations through in-person visits.
  • Provide education and value to referral sources and their patrons regarding the company's unique fertility clinic offerings.
  • Strategize and execute referral source sales and marketing plans to identify opportunities and receive patient referrals in designated territories.
  • Create and maintain a territory action plan to maximize coverage and proactively address declines in referrals.
  • Build long-term relationships with referral sources and overcome objections to enhance the referral experience.
  • Coordinate company-hosted events such as provider meetings, educational presentations, dinner presentations, and facility tours.
  • Represent the company at local community events to create awareness and reach potential new patients.
  • Build and maintain the Customer Relationship Management database and utilize reporting tools to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and safeguard proprietary company information in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
