About the job
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent is required.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules is required.
- No work experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
- Manage and report cash collections and deposits.
- Prepare and ensure completeness of ORCS.
- Upload scanned charge slips, official receipts, and deposit slips to OneDrive.
- Update BIR Books of Accounts (Cash Journals) daily.
- Prepare Medical Abstracts, Endorsement Letters, and Schemes of Quotation for all funding bodies.
- Generate PBEF daily.
- Prepare charge slips.
- Prepare PHIC Statements of Account signed by the ARA, Unit Head, and patient.
- Upload required documents to Beacon and QNAP/OneDrive.
- Prepare PHIC admission logsheets daily as required by PHIC.
- Extract SAP data from Beacon daily.
- Validate Letters of Authorization (LOA) with Health Maintenance Organizations and verify approvals with HMO offices to obtain approval numbers.
- Prepare approved charge slips and endorse them to patients for signature.
- Prepare Statements of Account and Transmittal Summaries for HMO processing.
- Update HMO monitoring sheets.
- Validate Guarantee Letters for PCSO, PAGCOR, DSWD, and ODESFA processing.
- Prepare monitoring sheets, charge slips, Statements of Account, and Transmittal Summaries for other payors; endorse charge slips to patients for signature.
- Prepare PhilHealth Claim Statement Forms signed by the patient and ARA, and endorse them to the Doctor for review and signature.
- Prepare CF4 and endorse it to the Doctor for review and signature.
- Validate data uploaded in Beacon and encode remaining data for manual input.
- Update the PHIC monitoring sheet to account for benefit usage.
- Validate in the hospital system whether an in-patient is admitted.
- Address causes of discrepancies for RTH and denied claims.
- Retrieve original documents for denied claims.
- Prepare Motion for Consideration Letters for denied claims.
- Scan and upload documents to Beacon/QNAP/OneDrive.
