- Manage scheduling and daily payroll reports.
- Ensure alignment with departmental objectives and business goals.
- Monitor expenses and contribute to budget objectives.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, health, safety, and applicable regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the restaurant team and other hotel departments.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communication meetings.
- Support operations as needed.
- Participate actively in learning and development opportunities.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies.

- A university degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related area.
