Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience as a designer or art director executing world-class creative work. Whether at an agency or in-house, you've tackled a wide range of projects and executions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to convey creative concepts in a way that inspires stakeholders and audiences
  • Experience with film, photography and production is a huge plus!
  • Ability to operate at different altitudes, from a big picture strategic POV to a focused and detailed oriented approach
  • A proven record of building integrated campaigns or designed for various marketing channels, with an ability to uphold the highest standards of quality
  • A collaborative approach. You're a great partner to other designers/creatives and your cross-functional teammates
  • A growth mindset. You're open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of humor. We spend a lot of time together-even if that's on Zoom these days. Sharing gifs and laughing over lunch keeps our team energized and inspired
  • Portfolio of previous work, that displays an ability to turn an idea into a cohesive campaign or design system across different channels and mediums
Responsibilities
  • You'll partner closely with Marketing, Product and design partners to conceptualize and execute creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Work closely with the Brand Studio team, partnering with brand designers, writers and Design Ops to develop world-class creative solutions for brand campaigns, product launches, events, and more, while ensuring cohesive execution across all brand touchpoints
  • Be a key partner to the Brand Marketing team in developing and evolving our brand creative
  • Collaborate with the international Marketing team on building creative for a global brand with a local approach
  • Conceptualize and execute a wide-range of branded experiences, global and regional campaigns, paid ads and growth marketing, in-product marketing, product launches and social content
  • Foster ideation and creative thinking within the team
