- Experience in moving is required.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Experience in general labor or warehouse work is helpful.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to follow instructions and directions.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in environments affected by weather and in client homes.
- Physically move home furniture and tangible personal property.
- Pack, unpack, and organize boxes.
- Communicate positively with clients, peers, and managers.
- Provide customer service while safely moving, packing and unpacking, and staging or resettling client household items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Enjoys organizing, sorting, and working in a team-oriented environment.
