About the Company

Ascension

Specialty coffee roaster and cafe chain

Ascension runs a multi-channel specialty coffee business in Dallas, operating Australian-style all-day cafés and a wholesale roasting operation, plus online direct-to-consumer sales. It blends a chef-driven café menu with craft coffee, wine, and a farm-to-cup sourcing approach that builds direct relationships with producers and centers on ethically sourced beans. An in-house quality team, including certified Q Arabica Graders, verifies every batch before it’s distributed, and the company emphasizes supporting women coffee producers. Its goal is to deliver high-quality, transparently sourced coffee and food while expanding its café footprint and wholesale/direct-to-consumer channels to strengthen community hubs.
