About the company

RK Industries is a family-owned group delivering specialty contracting, prefabricated solutions and modular systems through seven operating divisions: RK Mechanical, RK Steel, RK Electrical, RK Mission Critical, RK Energy, RK Water and RK Service. It designs, fabricates and installs mechanical, electrical, structural and modular systems across the Mountain West from six facilities headquartered in Denver. Its service model combines on-site contracting work with off-site fabrication and modular construction to streamline projects from design to completion. The company differentiates itself through its long family history, multi-division integration, and regional focus, enabling coordinated, single-source delivery across mechanical, electrical, structural, energy, water and service needs. The goal is to provide reliable, end-to-end contracting and modular solutions that support complex projects while upholding its family legacy and regional service commitments.
