Requirements
  • Ten years of Project Superintendent or Construction Manager experience.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets.
  • Working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work.
  • Ability to work extended schedules as required to support project execution plans and schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional demeanor in person, online, and by phone, with verbal and written communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
  • A valid driver's license issued by the state of residence and a good driving record, with no reckless driving or driving under the influence conviction within the past ten years.
  • Ability to pass a security-clearance investigation.
  • Ability to spend extended hours walking construction sites.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day field operations of construction projects.
  • Perform other duties and follow other instructions requested by the supervisor.
