  • Seasoned Retail Manager with 5+ years of production experience
  • 2-3 years of experience managing teams
  • Degree-level qualification in business or a related field
  • Proven vendor management experience
  • Experience in print production and Adobe Suite

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate production management in terms of time, cost, and communication
  • Manage project financials and vendor compliance
  • Coordinate delivery and implementation of projects
  • Support new store openings with launch kits and supplies
  • Manage Visual Creative Service Coordinator and associated vendors
  • Establish and operate Project Request Process for cross-functional projects
  • Lead and support ongoing project management needs
  • Partner with Store Communication for deliverables
  • Inspire the team to innovate and problem solve
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the team
  • Hold daily huddles with the team
