  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., G Suite, Office 365)
  • Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends
  • Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical challenges promptly and effectively
  • Manage and maintain hardware assets, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring network connectivity and resolving network-related issues. Administer server systems and services as needed
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies, including data protection, user access controls, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Manage relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and equipment suppliers. Procure IT equipment and software licenses as necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient support.
  • Lead or assist in IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades, system migrations, and IT infrastructure improvements
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure that IT solutions align with business needs
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and IT trends, making recommendations for improving the tech stack and IT processes.
  • Ability to work 11 am - 8 pm EEST
