Technicien de maintenance
About the job
- Work Monday through Saturday with variable weekly rest days and approximately one Saturday worked every three or four weeks.
- Work rotating 3x8 shifts: 4:00–11:30, 11:30–19:00, or 19:00–2:30.
- Develop and monitor the maintenance plan for the mechanized installation.
- Implement failure-tracking indicators and analyze malfunctions.
- Analyze installation statistics and logs to prevent failures.
- Participate in managing spare-parts inventory and maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Comply with applicable safety and hygiene standards.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and resolve problems as quickly as possible.
- Maintain and verify inventories of spare parts, work clothing, and fuel.
- Optimize energy consumption for refrigeration and electricity as part of the ISO 50001 initiative.
- Welcome and monitor external contractors, prepare quotes, and track requests.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the automated parcel-sorting system for the fresh-products operation.
- Contribute to maintaining the warehouse buildings and material-handling equipment.
