Requirements
- Hands-on experience with XML data model design and supporting technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles, methods, approaches, and artifacts.
- Knowledge of at least three financial-market products from a data-modeling perspective.
- Knowledge of public standards covering messaging for financial products, including FpML, FIX, ISO 15022/2022, and MDDL.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to apply technology experience in a commercial context.
- Ability to debate issues and stand firm on principles while remaining sensitive to others' motivations.
- Experience running governance processes.
- Experience modeling very large information and process models.
- Experience with UML modeling.
- Experience working in incremental and iterative environments.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
