- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Availability most Monday through Saturday mornings and/or afternoons is required.
- The candidate must be physically active, punctual, and organized.
- The candidate must be able to work with children ranging from 18 months to 15 years old.
- The candidate must demonstrate a history of integrity.
- Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring safety for all participants.
- Use individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Use a non-competitive approach to maintain a fun, stress-free class environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their success.
- Attend regular training sessions and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- Travel up to one hour to assigned class locations when required.
- An interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development is desirable.
- A high school diploma with some college is preferred.
