  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
  • 1+ year experience providing end-user technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of corporate security guidelines and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Understanding of enterprise MDM solutions
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours
  • Experience in Freshservice, Slack, Atlassian, Monday.com, Torii, Mimecast
  • Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment
  • Assist with network-related tasks
  • Maintain and enforce security protocols
  • Keep detailed records on helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting steps
  • Provide training to end-users on IT systems and software applications
