  • Relevant experience troubleshooting mechatronic systems
  • Software development experience in C++ and Python

Responsibilities
  • Rapidly respond to on-robot failures by triaging the problem and collecting any necessary information for further investigation
  • Drive root-cause analysis of the failure, working across electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and technician teams as needed
  • Recommend corrective actions to avoid future failures
  • Document failure analysis procedures and results
  • Assist with improved diagnostics to more rapidly detect failure modes
