Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a related technical role
  • Ability to work with our tech stack:
  • Frontend: React, Typescript

  • 1+ years of experience in a people management or tech lead role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects/leading teams whilst also making individual contributions.
Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture that drives success.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong full-stack technical knowledge to guide the team by example, actively contributing to high-priority engineering projects.
  • Project Management: Ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects by driving adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate across functions to define project scope, set milestones, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Lead and Co-Founders to build a world-class engineering team. Develop scalable hiring processes, attract top engineering talent, conduct interviews, and help achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure individual and team growth.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine engineering processes, automating manual workflows to maximize productivity and maintain operational excellence.
