Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the Resiliency Services program, focusing on incident response, emergency management, and crisis management.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams during critical incidents to minimize impact and ensure continuity.
  • Plan and implement tabletop exercises, drills, and simulations to improve emergency response readiness.
  • Collaborate with Operations, EH&S, Facilities, IT, and other departments to integrate security and emergency plans.
  • Maintain and update security response documentation to align with industry standards and evolving risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate threats.
  • Establish continuous improvement practices, incorporating lessons from incidents and exercises.
  • Design and lead training initiatives to build a culture of resiliency across the organization.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Represent Global Security in partnerships with external organizations and industry networks.
