Responsibilities
  • Manage 1-3 teams consisting of 8-16 people total
  • Understand, exhibit and promote the company's core values
  • Organize activities to support a vibrant engineering culture
  • Hire and retain great people
  • Monitor performance and professional development of the team
  • Maintain strong communication between product team members and your team
  • Foster communication between teams and product managers
  • Translate business vision into a people and process strategy
  • Advocate for tools and resources for team success
  • Oversee design, delivery, and execution of work aligned with business needs
  • Participate in strategic management initiatives
  • Collaborate in establishing and maintaining a product vision
  • Contribute to reports for areas of responsibility and portfolios
  • Be involved in developing software and tooling
  • Review requirements and proposed solutions
  • Be involved in long term product and technology strategy
