ABOUT THE TEAM

The Growth team drives Fever’s business strategy across all markets, ensuring our partners not only meet but exceed their expectations, helping them grow within Fever.

Within Growth, the New Business team is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of Fever’s new opportunities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build and align commercial propositions for new partners. Our decisions are data-driven at all levels, allowing us to fully understand Fever’s business model and leverage it to drive growth across the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fever is looking for a Growth Associate to lead the commercial analysis of opportunities across major markets, with a strong focus on sports projects and tender processes. Working closely with General Managers, the candidate will define commercial negotiation strategies and conduct key analyses to build long-term partnerships.
\n
Among other responsibilities, the candidate will lead strategic global initiatives to enhance partnership analysis, identify gaps between agreed conditions and actual performance, and implement solutions.
\n
Given the ambitious nature of this role, we are looking for someone with outstanding analytical skills, proactiveness, maturity, pragmatism, intellectual curiosity, and a proven track record of transforming ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze the feasibility of potential partnerships, ensuring alignment with Fever’s long-term strategy and the partner’s requirements (demand analysis, financial evaluation, pricing optimization, value propositions, etc.).

Define the commercial strategy for each market in the sports vertical.
\n
Participate in key negotiations with potential partners.
\n
Support performance teams by identifying potential issues early.
\n
Maintain a global perspective on market trends and serve as the key Growth team liaison with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.).
\n
Collaborate across markets in an international environment (40+ countries).
\n
Take ownership of decisions within the sports business line, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.

Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to improve key business metrics and drive sustainable expansion.
