  • A BP JEPS, DE JEPS, or University Diploma in Social Careers with a specialization in social and sociocultural activities is required.
  • Professionalism, willingness to work in a gerontological environment, and the ability to provide assistance and attentive support are required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activities for dependent older people to enrich social life within the facility.
  • Create activity programs that encourage residents' expression, personal development, and creativity.
  • Develop an activity project around objectives established with the entire team and management, aligned with the facility's life project.
  • Plan and implement individualized and group activities according to residents' needs, wishes, and expectations and the facility's constraints.
  • Provide physical, intellectual, cultural, creative, social, and well-being activities.
  • Establish and manage the activities budget.
