Our Experience Team

At Enludio, we believe that exceptional talent and a collaborative culture are the foundation of delivering transformative technology projects.  Our Experience Team works closely with Engineering, Art, and Quality Test to develop high-quality software and technology products.  We guide the software development lifecycle for internal and client facing initiatives, partnering with business operations to elevate our company’s efficiency and impact.

Your Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for a variety of platforms and applications. Your work will be integral to creating seamless interactions and visually engaging products that align with client goals and user needs.

What You'll Do

• Design and Prototype: Create feature-level, user-centric designs from concept to execution - encompassing storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct User Research & Testing: Support user interviews, perform usability testing, synthesize research findings, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, artists, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Craft Visual Assets: Contribute to design systems and produce UI components such as buttons, menus, icons, containers, and HUD elements.
• Focus on Optimization: Ensure all UI designs are optimized for performance across devices and platforms, including mobile, VR, and real-time applications.

What You'll Need

• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with design & ideation tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figjam, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• UI/UX Portfolio: Portfolio with case studies demonstrating strong UX/UI design principles, design process, and user-centered approach with examples of design at each stage.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of how design decisions are influenced by development constraints in Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms in order to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional team members.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical thinking to solve complex design challenges and create intuitive solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints.

Nice To Have But Not Necessary

• Experience designing for VR or AR platforms.
• Knowledge of UI animation principles and motion design tools.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development practices.
• Experience in the Simulation & Training, Entertainment, Gaming industries, Software Development, or Immersive Technologies (AR/VR)
