Earlier, he held regional HR leadership roles at Tata Housing Development Company and Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company, building experience across large-scale business operations, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership partnering. Vijay also brings international HR experience from the Landmark Group in Dubai, where he headed HR operations for Max and E-Max businesses, and from Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group. Earlier in his career, he worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited, ICICI Bank, and Patanjali Foods, building a strong foundation across corporate HR, business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. A recognized leader in the HR fraternity, Vijay is a former Joint Secretary of NHRDN - Indore Chapter, a Certified CII HR Excellence Assessor, a jury member for the CII HR Circle competition, and an Associate Member of ISABS. His career also includes experience supporting organizations through NSE and BSE listing journeys and working with professionals across more than 25 nationalities.
