Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong, verifiable delivery track record.
  • Hands-on development and support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
  • Strong technical proficiency in VBCS, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), BIP Reports, OTBI, and FBDI imports.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion application offerings, features, and configuration across the Finance and Procurement modules.
  • Proven experience in production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience handling Oracle EBS (eBiz) to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects, including migration strategy, FBDI-based conversions, reconciliation, mock cutovers, and go-live execution.
  • Proven track record of post-implementation hypercare, including stabilization support, defect triage, incident surge management, and structured transition to steady-state or BAU support.
  • Exposure to both Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including migration or coexistence scenarios.
  • A minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations covering design, build, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders effectively and drive outcomes independently.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the techno-functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, owning solutions from requirements through production.
  • Drive the Fusion implementation roadmap and post-implementation change portfolio, including enhancements, quarterly release adoption, regression testing, and controlled deployments.
  • Lead Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects end to end, including migration strategy, data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and coexistence planning.
  • Own cutover planning and execution, including cutover runbooks, mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, go or no-go criteria, downtime management, and go-live command-centre coordination.
  • Lead post-implementation hypercare, including stabilization planning, war-room support, defect triage and prioritization, knowledge transfer to BAU support, and formal exit criteria into steady-state operations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical designs; perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard-first solutions before customization.
  • Design and build integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
  • Own production support governance for Fusion Finance and Procurement, including incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven resolution.
  • Evaluate and pilot Oracle AI features for Fusion, including AI Agent Studio, to identify automation and productivity opportunities within Finance.
  • Engage senior business and IT stakeholders, manage vendor and SI deliverables, and mentor techno-functional team members.
  • Safeguard data integrity across migrations, interfaces, and period-close processes through reconciliation and validation controls.
Desired Qualifications
  • Broader understanding of Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications (AI Fusion Studio) and embedded Fusion AI/ML capabilities.
  • Experience with BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) for data extraction and warehousing.
  • Background in ADF (Application Development Framework) for Oracle Fusion UI extensions.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for UI-layer customizations within VBCS.
  • Retail or multi-entity, multi-currency enterprise experience and exposure to Redwood UX personalization.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or Integration.
