  • Facilitate and coach managers to ensure fair and consistent approach to delivery
  • Identify areas to improve customer delivery and develop strategies to reach targets
  • Lead operational projects when required
  • Drive a customer service agenda through every decision-making process
  • Create a data-led feedback loop with operations and broader teams
  • Lead the smooth transition and handover of developed programs across all delivery departments

  • Awesome spreadsheet skills utilizing the Google platform
  • Comfortable analyzing data to seek out root cause(s) and create plans to resolve
