  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification upon hire.
  • FINRA Series 7 license upon hire.
  • FINRA Series 66 license, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, upon hire.
  • Resident state insurance licenses for Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life and Disability.
  • Broad knowledge of the characteristics and needs of clients and partners within the bank-based investment market.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell products and services to investment clients, with evidence of strong sales results.
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team member.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and proprietary financial services systems.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain required licenses within the timeframe specified in the offer letter if not held at hire.
Responsibilities
  • Grow new clients and expand existing relationships with clients holding more than $50,000 in investable assets, targeting and executing a consistent sales process and financial plan for clients and prospects with $250,000 to $2 million in investable assets.
  • Host holistic financial wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans to identify household and relationship growth opportunities across investments and banking services, referring opportunities appropriately.
  • Use a consultative sales process and assessment tools to provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions through investment offerings and partnerships with banking center staff.
  • Attain bank sales production and referral goals by working the book of business, lead lists, and received referrals.
  • Develop a complete understanding of Key Investment Services solutions to support cross-selling and learn core bank products to generate qualified referrals to Consumer Bank lines of business.
  • Participate actively in the branch team and engage licensed and non-licensed branch personnel to identify investment referral opportunities.
  • Coordinate investment product delivery within assigned branches, including in-person coaching and mentoring of branch personnel, client management, and service delivery.
  • Develop a Center of Influence strategy leveraging partnerships throughout the Consumer Bank.
  • Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures, conduct business ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in the best interests of clients and KeyBank.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may change or be newly assigned.
  • Communicate face-to-face and by phone with teammates and clients and use a PC or laptop in an office setting.

Cardinal Infrastructure secures $250M delayed draw term loan and boosts revolving credit to $100M

Cardinal Infrastructure Group's construction subsidiary, Cardinal Civil Contracting, has secured a $250 million delayed draw term loan facility and expanded its revolving credit line from $75 million to $100 million through a Second Amendment to its Credit Agreement with Truist Bank. The delayed draw facility can be accessed in up to five separate advances over 18 months from the 10 September 2026 effective date. The amendment requires the borrower to maintain a Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio of no greater than 1.60 to 1.0 and Consolidated EBITDA of at least $125 million for the twelve months ended 30 June 2026. The expanded credit capacity provides Cardinal Infrastructure significant liquidity for potential acquisitions, project investments, or operational needs. The lending syndicate includes Truist Bank, First Horizon Bank, KeyBank, Regions Bank, and other financial institutions.

KeyCorp shares fall 6.6% after Q2 results, OFG Bancorp rises 5.4%

KeyCorp reported second-quarter revenues of $1.96 billion, up 6.7% year-on-year, meeting analyst expectations. However, the regional bank missed net interest income estimates. The market reacted negatively, with shares falling 6.6% following the results to trade at $21.78. The 94 regional banks tracked reported mixed second-quarter results. As a group, revenues were in line with analyst consensus estimates. Regional bank stocks have declined on average 1.7% since their latest earnings announcements. OFG Bancorp emerged as the best performer, reporting revenues of $190.3 million, up 4.4% year-on-year and beating expectations by 3.9%. The Puerto Rico-focused bank beat both earnings per share and net interest income estimates. Its shares rose 5.4% post-results to $52.71. Regional banks face challenges from fintech competition, deposit outflows, and commercial real estate exposure.

KeyCorp appoints Chris Doll as chief strategy officer and deputy CFO

KeyCorp has appointed Chris Doll as Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective 31 August 2026. Doll joins from City National Bank, a Royal Bank of Canada subsidiary, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO. He previously held leadership positions at Fifth Third Bancorp, Omnicare, and First Financial Bancorp. In his new role, Doll will lead KeyCorp's corporate strategy team and serve on the finance leadership team and executive council, reporting to CFO Clark Khayat. KeyCorp is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with approximately $191 billion in assets as of 30 June 2026. The bank operates around 950 branches across 15 states.
