  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, alternatively a Workday consultancy background
  • Proven experience (> 4 years) in Workday HCM and Recruitment, certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Own the analysis and documentation of the technical Workday setup in the area of HCM and Recruitment
  • Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions
  • Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders
  • Independently implement Workday configurations, manage testing and technical documentation
  • Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization
  • Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies
  • Establish and apply governance structures needed to maintain a high integrity of the overall Workday design
  • Support creation of training materials and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks
  • Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain and escalate issues with Workday or 3rd party supplier
