Finance & Account Administrative Officer Intern
About the job
- The candidate must have Thai nationality.
- The candidate must be able to work for more than four months.
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 1–2 years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable, payment preparation, withholding tax, value-added tax, and bank/account reconciliation.
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- The candidate must be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- The candidate must have a fair command of English for effective communication.
- Verify invoices received from vendors.
- Ensure vendor invoices are fully and correctly registered in the ECM system and processed for approval in a timely manner.
- Coordinate accounts payable and payment processes.
- Support withholding tax and value-added tax payment and return processes accurately and on time for monthly tax filing.
- Sort, file, and maintain hard-copy and electronic supplier tax invoice records to support compliance with Thai tax regulations.
- Ensure correct withholding tax deductions and support issuance of withholding tax certificates when applicable.
- Coordinate with the business process outsourcing team to address payment issues or disputes.
- Keep vendor master data up to date.
- Verify the accuracy and correctness of receipts and supporting documents for staff reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the business process outsourcing team to offset collections and invoices in the system.
- Assist with reconciling incoming payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Issue receipts and tax invoices for selected businesses and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support continuous process improvement.
- The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
