  • 3-4 years of experience in a B2B Marketing Automation role
  • Deep experience with Marketo including integration with Salesforce
  • Capable of learning new technologies and determining its impact on the business
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Intake, build, and execute a high volume of marketing campaigns in Marketo to drive engagement and conversion with our prospects and customers across (emails, events, landing pages, etc)
  • Manage and segment email lists in Marketo to ensure targeted and relevant messaging
  • Optimize email content and design for maximum deliverability and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, alerts, automated responses, and proper SFDC campaign tracking/reporting
