The Manager, Marketing Solutions will support the development of marketing and
monetization strategies that leverage the value of Vevo’s content and scale in order to drive
ongoing revenue growth. Reporting into the Director of Marketing Solutions, you will support
the positioning, collateral, and revenue associated with Vevo’s suite of ad products and sales
packages. The Manager, Marketing Solutions is tasked with translating client KPIs and goals into creative, efficient, and well-rounded programming strategies. This role should be well versed in the ideation, packaging, execution, and analysis of B2B marketing campaigns and have experience developing and executing custom content solutions.

This is a full-time hybrid position and is based at our office in New York City or Los Angeles.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Support the GTM strategy for new ad products, including core positioning, packaging, sales collaterals, and sales enablement to help our Sales teams communicate our unique sales propositions to partners.
- Independently lead the creative, positioning, and packaging of RFPs, pairing client goals with Vevo products to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Lead custom content proposals including narrative, creative development, pricing, packaging, and materials.
- Design proposals decks and materials, leveraging strong copywriting and design skills to bring a story to life.
- Be the "one-stop-shop" to the business for information on ad products, serve as a resource for sales to help solve client’s business needs.
- Partner with internal teams (data science, editorial/programming, planning & inventory, etc.) to develop new, sellable products and editorial opportunities that align with our value prop.
- Establish KPIs for measuring ad product success and evaluate product success in the market. Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of opportunities and plans to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Oversee the post-sale process of Vevo’s editorial sponsorship opportunities across CTV and digital.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure an excellent client experience in pre and post-sale.
- Work with Research to use insights and data within sales materials and apply learnings to future campaign sales and activations.
- Manage the process of gaining partner feedback to obtain competitive and market insights that can shed light on key needs and inform new products.

Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising and marketing
- Experience developing integrated marketing programs and custom content with brands, from pre-sale ideation to post-sale execution
- Experience with television or video advertising and familiarity with CTV
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and through visual presentations
- Experience at a publisher or media agency a plus
- Top performance record (we will check references)
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint

The pay range for this position is: $90k – 115k per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
This is a full-time position based on-site/in our New York or Los Angeles office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
