Responsibilities
  • Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Vault Clinical applications
  • Own the relationship with customers’ application owners
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers
  • Lead meetings with customers
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of Veeva product releases
  • Facilitate cross-customer connections
