CareRing Health coordinates in-home care for patients with complex medical needs, backed by private equity Madison Dearborn Partners. It operates through PersonalCare@Home (non-medical support), SkilledCare@Home (licensed nursing and therapy), HospiceCare@Home (end-of-life care), plus PrimaryCare@Home to manage in-home health plans. The company targets dual-eligible patients (Medicare and Medicaid) and works with health plans, health systems, and medical professionals to provide a coordinated “ring of healthcare” that helps patients age in place and reduces avoidable ER visits, hospitalizations, and long-term costs. Its goal is to improve quality of life for patients with chronic or complex conditions while lowering unnecessary healthcare spending by delivering comprehensive, in-home care across a family of brands.
