- Clear communication with the Creative Strategist and creators, including the ability to convey a creative vision through complete briefs.
- Ability to maintain a consistently high quality level as production volume increases.
- Analyze the brand, customer target, product benefits, and purchase objections through internal research.
- Analyze competitors and other participants in the brand's industry through external research.
- Monitor trends, new formats, and hooks to identify effective creative ideas.
- Research product assets, dosages, tests, and customer reviews to identify verifiable product evidence.
- Develop and write strong concepts for paid advertisements on Meta and TikTok Ads for physical products sold online.
- Propose concepts designed to generate a strong return on advertising spend.
- Write original scripts and creative briefs containing an angle, a hook for the first three seconds, the primary objection addressed, product proof, and a purchase call to action.
- Write multiple hook variations for each concept for testing.
- Present briefs to creators, clarify details when needed, and ensure the delivered content follows the brief.
- Iterate on scripts based on real-world performance results.
- Participate in shoots according to an agreed schedule.
- Deliver four paid-ad scripts for two brands during the compensated skills test when selected.
