  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 20 minute phone consults with prospective patients for 15-17 hours/wk. which involve: screening them for fit with our care model, normalizing what they are experiencing, explaining how therapy works, answering questions, checking their insurance eligibility, and signing them up for the platform.
  • Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines, engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult.
  • Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email
  • Assist patients with intake form completion
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes.
  • Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them.
