About the job
- A university degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or Commerce.
- One year of experience in the automotive industry is appreciated.
- French and English language skills.
- Social competencies in communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
- Professional competence in assessment centers, candidate testing, interview techniques, employee onboarding, executive search, job analysis, job fairs, and recruitment design, planning, and management.
- Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective areas of responsibility.
- Act as the Human Resources Business Partner to assigned areas of responsibility on Human Resources matters.
- Serve as an interface to all Human Resources departments for Human Resources-related topics.
- Organize relevant information for annual salary increases, personnel planning as full-time equivalent headcount, and personnel costs.
- Support strategic workforce planning.
- Assign the personnel selection process internally and externally to Human Resources Recruiting and support contract negotiations and onboarding when necessary.
- Transmit future staffing requirements to Human Resources Recruiting for further processing.
- Communicate and coordinate Human Resources-related topics for the respective leader or area.
- Support talent management and successor planning.
- Support leaders within the salary change process and with personnel development measures.
- Submit exit support for further execution.
- Coach and consult respective leaders on leadership, competency management, and team development.
- Support the valuation of future business needs and consult on Human Resources-related measures.
- Support the deployment of Human Resources processes and guidelines.
