Requirements
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience with end-to-end product design and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to articulate and defend design decisions
  • Mentorship to junior designers
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience shipping product (preferably SaaS)
  • Have cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS)
  • Proficiency in designing and prototyping complex solutions in Figma
  • Data-driven research, user and usability testing skills
  • Front-end engineering experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and lead in partnership with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to execute product initiatives on a cross-functional team
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback and launch new products and services that align with business goals
  • Design elegant flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
