Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Between 0 and 4 years of experience writing enterprise .NET Windows and/or modern web applications is required.
  • Experience with .NET, Internet Information Services, XML, C#, and JavaScript is required.
  • Good understanding of relational database management systems and experience writing SQL stored procedures are required.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as IBM Jazz or Team Foundation Server is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership is required.
  • Candidates must be results-oriented and focused on delivering work on time and with quality.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • The position requires public trust clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions, applications, and components for customers as part of an Agile Scrum team.
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience automating builds and deployments is preferred.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery automation in a DevOps environment is preferred.
  • Design experience, including knowledge of common design patterns and relevant libraries, is preferred.
