Billd launches Flex Line nationally, a revolving credit line for US subcontractors

Billd, a provider of financial products for commercial subcontractors, has launched Flex Line nationwide. The revolving line of credit is offered through Cross River Bank and open to qualified subcontractors across the US. Flex Line is meant to be used alongside a traditional line of credit and is not tied to a single project. Available credit replenishes as the balance is repaid, and unused funds carry no fees. "It's the simplest and easiest line of credit subcontractors will ever use," said Chris Doyle, founder and chief executive officer of Billd. Flex Line joins Material Financing, Pay App Advance, and the Predictable Pay early payment program for general contractors. Approval is subject to application and credit review.

The Contractor Consultants named Top Construction Hiring Services Provider.

The Contractor Consultants named Top Construction Hiring Services Provider. The Contractor Consultants has been recognized as a Top Construction Hiring Services Provider, reflecting the results delivered through the Great Hiring Partner (GHP) program for construction companies nationwide. A milestone that reflects real results. In an industry where finding and keeping skilled talent determines whether a project stays on schedule, The Contractor Consultants has been recognized as a Top Construction Hiring Services Provider. The recognition reflects what TCC clients already know: a done-for-you construction hiring funnel, built specifically for the industry, changes the math on cost, time, and quality of hire. "We're proud to be recognized for the results we're delivering to construction companies across the country," said Luca Malacrino, CEO of The Contractor Consultants. "This award reflects the work our whole team puts into making GHP the standard for how construction companies hire." What GHP delivers for construction companies. GHP gives $1M+ construction companies a complete hiring funnel: labor market analysis, structured candidate outreach, screening, and interview support, run for a flat annual fee. Clients on the program consistently see meaningful reductions in both cost-per-hire and time spent on hiring at the leadership level, time that goes back into running jobs instead of reviewing resumes. "Every part of the TCC construction hiring process is built around one goal: put qualified, vetted candidates in front of construction owners without the guesswork," said Chris Cundari, COO of The Contractor Consultants. "This recognition is a reflection of that system working the way it's supposed to, at scale, for every client on the program." What's next. This recognition doesn't change the mission - it confirms the direction. The Contractor Consultants continues to build out GHP as the hiring infrastructure for construction companies that are ready to scale without scaling their own hiring headaches, and this award adds to a growing body of proof that a flat-fee, systems-based approach to construction recruiting outperforms the traditional agency model. Follow me on: Matt co-founded The Contractor Consultants, a company that empowers construction companies to build high-performing teams through proven hiring systems. The company offers both a fully outsourced, done-for-you hiring service and the construction industry's first comprehensive 63-module hiring course, helping contractors hire skilled tradespeople and key leadership with confidence. The Contractor Consultants partners with leading organizations including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Billd, and Angi to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions. In 2023, Matt received a Congressional Quality and Craftsmanship Award in recognition of his contributions to the construction industry. The Contractor Consultants has also been recognized by Construction Business Review as the Best and Fastest Construction Hiring Company for 2024, 2025, and 2026, reflecting its continued innovation and leadership in construction recruiting and workforce development.
