Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in warehouse operations, order management (fulfillment), and e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping workflows in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order management and preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily fulfillment of e-commerce orders for the company's portfolio of brands.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.
  • Process orders in Shopify and fulfillment workflows.
  • Organize inventory and manage stock.
  • Handle shipping and labeling and perform general warehouse operations.
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager and Operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
