About the company

Airtame provides wireless screen sharing and digital signage solutions for businesses and educational institutions. Its hardware devices, like Airtame 2, connect to screens and stream content from computers or mobile devices without cables, while Airtame Cloud offers subscription services to remotely manage devices, customize screen backgrounds, and run digital signage. The system works by pairing user devices with Airtame hardware over a network, then pushing their screen content or signage layouts to any connected display. The company differentiates itself with an integrated model that combines physical devices and cloud-based management and signage features, enabling on-site presentations, collaboration, and centralized control across multiple screens. Airtame’s goal is to simplify information sharing and communication at scale by providing easy-to-deploy hardware plus a cloud platform for management and signage.

Airtame 3 and software-defined meeting rooms: A smarter way to collaborate in Houston offices.

Airtame 3 and software-defined meeting rooms: A smarter way to collaborate in Houston offices. If your conference room still has a rats's nest of HDMI adapters on the table and a presentation that requires plugging in a cable, you are behind the curve. At ISE 2026 - the world's largest audio-visual and systems integration show - Airtame made a big statement about where workplace collaboration is heading, and it has serious implications for Houston businesses ready to modernize their offices. Airtame showcased its new Airtame 3 device alongside a major platform update that extends its software to run on Windows and Android hardware - not just Airtame's own devices. The result is what the company calls a software-defined meeting room: a flexible, centrally managed collaboration environment that does not lock you into proprietary hardware or expensive video conferencing bundles. What is Airtame 3? Airtame 3 is the company's most powerful device yet. It plugs into any display via HDMI and instantly turns that screen into a wireless presentation and conferencing hub. Employees can share their screens from a laptop, tablet, or phone without cables, without downloading apps, and without fighting with Bluetooth pairing. Airtame also introduced a new Scan to Connect feature at ISE 2026: users simply point their phone's camera at the on-screen QR code and they are connected in seconds. For businesses with multiple conference rooms, training spaces, or common areas, that kind of frictionless connection is not a luxury - it is a productivity multiplier. Every minute someone spends fussing with a projector or hunting for the right cable is a minute of billable time gone. Why software-defined rooms matter for Houston smbs. The traditional approach to outfitting a conference room meant expensive proprietary systems tied to a single vendor. Airtame's approach flips that model. Because the software now runs on standard Windows and Android hardware, businesses can start with existing displays and upgrade at their own pace. There is no rip-and-replace, just a smarter layer of software on top of hardware you already own. From a management standpoint, Airtame's cloud dashboard lets IT admins - or your MSP - remotely configure, update, and monitor every screen in every office from a single console. For Houston companies with multiple locations or remote offices, that centralized control is a game-changer. How Houston TechSys can help. At Houston TechSys, Houston TechSys LLC handle Airtame deployments from initial assessment through installation and ongoing management. Houston TechSys LLC will evaluate your conference room setup, recommend the right Airtame configuration for your space and headcount, deploy the devices, and integrate them into your existing network and security policies. Houston TechSys LLC also keep firmware updated and troubleshoot issues before they become an interruption to your next big client meeting. Whether you have one boardroom or twelve, Houston TechSys LLC can make wireless collaboration simple, secure, and reliable. Ready to ditch the cable clutter and upgrade your conference rooms? Contact Houston TechSys today for a free workplace technology assessment and let's design a collaboration setup your team will actually enjoy using.

Airtame unveils Airtame 3 and Virtual Airtame at ISE 2026

Airtame unveils Airtame 3 and Virtual Airtame at ISE 2026. 05/02/2026 Airtame, distributed by Midwich in Australia, has unveiled its Airtame 3 at ISE 2026, demonstrating how a single, flexible platform can power screen sharing, video conferencing, digital signage, emergency alerts and remote management across education and enterprise environments. Airtame has also highlighted Virtual Airtame, a software-based solution that turns compatible Windows and Android displays, video bars and room PCs into fully functional Airtame screens. Used together with Airtame 3 and partner-integrated solutions from Neat, SMART and Amazon, the platform allows organisations to standardise collaboration across classrooms, meeting rooms and shared spaces without being locked into a single hardware approach. "We've always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible. It should just work. ISE is the first time people can experience Airtame 3 in person and it's also where we're showing the new and improved portfolio," Airtame co-founder Jonas Gyalokay says. "Whether customers choose dedicated hardware, Virtual Airtame or a mix of both, they get one simple platform that makes collaboration easy for users and manageable at scale." Airtame 3 supports 4K screen sharing, dual-screen configurations and native integrations with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, enabling users to start presenting or joining meetings within seconds. PoE+ and HDMI connectivity provide a stable, hardwired setup suitable for both classrooms and meeting rooms. Designed for large rollouts, Airtame 3 includes zero-touch deployment, allowing devices to be preconfigured and shipped before installation. Once deployed, devices can be registered, monitored and updated remotely through Airtame Cloud, reducing on-site support and ongoing maintenance. "Customers want flexibility without complexity. At ISE, we're showing that organisations can standardise the experience across every room while choosing the right deployment model for each space. That flexibility is critical for schools and enterprises that want to scale and future-proof their collaboration environments," Jonas adds.

Airtame unveils the Airtame 3 for classrooms and meeting spaces

Airtame unveils the Airtame 3 for classrooms and meeting spaces. Airtame has unveiled the Airtame 3 for classrooms and meeting spaces, aiming to enhance collaboration with faster performance, simpler setup and a streamlined experience designed to keep shared environments running smoothly. Airtame 3 combines wireless screen sharing and video conferencing with enterprise-grade reliability. It integrates directly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex without requiring extra software, enabling users to simply walk in and connect. The upgraded architecture allows calls to start in under two seconds, custom backgrounds to load almost instantly and 4K screen sharing to run smoothly in demanding environments. "We've always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible; it should just work. With Airtame 3, we've doubled down on that promise. It's faster, easier to deploy and built to scale so IT teams and end users alike can focus on what actually matters, which is connection and collaboration," Airtime co-founder Jones Gyalokay says. The device connects to any display via HDMI and supports PoE+, providing a stable, hardwired setup and enabling new dual-screen functionality. This gives classrooms and meeting rooms the flexibility to display participants on one screen and shared content on another. A major focus of Airtame 3 is reducing setup time. An added zero-touch deployment feature allows IT teams to configure and ship large volumes of devices before they're opened, turning days of rollout work into minutes and significantly lowering labour costs. Once installed, devices register instantly through a QR code and can be monitored, updated and troubleshot remotely through Airtame Cloud. Support for USB peripherals such as cameras, microphones and speakers further simplifies hybrid room setups by removing the need for additional PCs or specialised AV hardware. The launch reflects Airtame's broader vision of a unified platform that supports every shared-screen use case across education and the workplace. Whether presenting, joining calls, displaying content or sending alerts, Airtame integrates hardware and software into a single, consistent experience. Organisations can deploy Airtame 3 as dedicated hardware or use Airtame Virtual to enable the same functionality on existing computers, mixing both approaches across their estate. Airtame's flexibility also extends to its partnerships with Amazon, Neat, SMART and others, where Airtame software is pre-installed or easily run on select devices to ensure compatibility across leading education and meeting room technology. "We've spent more than a decade working with schools and enterprises to understand what really matters in shared spaces," Jonas says. "People want technology that fades into the background so they can concentrate on teaching, learning and collaborating. Airtame 3 is powerful, reliable and designed to make every shared screen feel effortless to use."
