Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agreements management, contract administration, program coordination, or administrative operations
  • Experience supporting Federal or DoD organizations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple agreements and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, tracking, and documentation management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership briefings and reports
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, coordinate, negotiate, and track MOAs with civilian blood centers, partner agencies, and other external organizations
  • Maintain a centralized, authoritative repository of all active, pending, and expired MOAs and associated documentation
  • Coordinate closely with legal counsel, program managers, Medical Treatment Facilities, Service Blood Program Offices, and operational stakeholders throughout the MOA lifecycle
  • Track agreement milestones, expirations, renewals, and required updates to ensure continuity of operations and compliance
  • Prepare regular status reports, risk summaries, and leadership briefings on MOA activities and partnership health
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding MOA management, processing, and status
  • Support preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership and external partners related to ASBP partnerships
  • Participate in ASBP staff meetings and working sessions to provide updates on MOA status and issues
  • Routinely receive, review, and analyze credit reports and related documentation from civilian blood agencies
  • Ensure all agreements and supporting documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible for audit and oversight purposes
  • Identify potential risks, gaps, or compliance issues in agreements and elevate them to leadership for resolution
