Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist experience and partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and employee relations, including experience managing complex people matters and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs with positive people outcomes.
  • Ideally hold or be working toward a CIPD Level 5 qualification, though significant relevant HR experience may also be considered.
  • Be within commuting distance of the Grantham office, where regular presence is required.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with site leadership teams to deliver a proactive HR service that supports business performance, colleague engagement, and organisational growth.
  • Advise, coach, guide, and challenge managers across people management matters.
  • Support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, engagement, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Work with HR Centres of Excellence to embed people plans that build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve the colleague experience.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and support improvements in retention, attendance, and engagement.
  • Manage the work diary and plan time around business and stakeholder needs, including site presence.
