The annual awards recognize women who have used their leadership, advocacy and professional work to create economic opportunities and contribute to New Jersey's business community. "We are proud to recognize the New Jersey Chamber's 10 Women of Inspiration, whose accomplishments reflect the strength and diversity of New Jersey's business community," Tom Bracken, president and CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, said. "Representing a wide range of industries, backgrounds and experiences, these remarkable leaders inspire through their innovation, dedication and impact." This year's Alice H. Parker Outstanding Woman of Inspiration Award will go to Amy Mansue, CEO of Inspira Health Network. Mansue has spent four decades in health care, government and statewide leadership roles. She previously served as president and CEO of Inspira from 2020 to 2025 and continues as CEO, focusing on the organization's long-term strategic vision. The chamber will present its Employer Advocate Award to Kellie Doucette, chief operating officer to New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill.
