About the company

Bowman and Brooke is a trial law firm that defends manufacturers and other corporate clients in product liability lawsuits, including cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Its lawyers handle claims over motor vehicles, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, industrial equipment and aviation. The firm also takes on class actions, multidistrict litigation that consolidates similar federal cases, toxic tort and environmental claims, and commercial disputes. Companies retain it as outside counsel through discovery, trial and appeal, and some use its product safety counseling to reduce legal risk before suits are filed. Bowman and Brooke was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
